EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY
Our policy lasts 7 days. Therefore, if you experience any issue with your purchase "PLEASE" contact our Customer Service Staff immediately. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an EXCHANGE. **SALE items are FINAL and not returnable for an EXCHANGE.**

To be eligible for a EXCHANGE, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging free of make-up, stains, odors and damage of any kind.

To complete your EXCHANGE, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Return Authorization # which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support at info@ishoptaisheree.com

Please do not send your purchase back without a (RA #) Return Authorization # .

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected and not granted an exchange or store credit.

TAI´SHEREE prides itself on stocking the latest trends just for YOU; therefore, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Exchange/Store Credit: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit certificate to the gift giver and he will be made aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect item shipped in error on our behalf we will pay all shipping cost (Standard 2-3 Day Priority).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
